By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

1. Service Description

LZebra provides an intelligent migration planning platform designed for IT professionals, architects, consultants, and project managers to assist in planning enterprise endpoint management and migration projects.

The platform includes features such as:

Resource & FTE Estimation
Migration Timeline Planning
Gantt Chart Generation
Risk & Dependency Assessment
Deployment Readiness Assessment
Configuration & Baseline Checklists
Executive Reports and Planning Documents

The outputs generated by LZebra are intended to support project planning and decision-making and should not be considered a substitute for professional consulting services.

2. Premium Features & Payments

Certain features require payment before access is granted.

Currently, premium access includes:

Complete Month-by-Month FTE Matrix
Detailed Executive Dashboard
Advanced Migration Planning Reports
Excel Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Gantt Chart Export
Premium Planning Reports

A one-time payment of ₹99.99 (inclusive of applicable taxes, if any) grants access to premium features for 5 calendar days from successful payment.

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. LZebra does not store your card, banking, or payment credentials.

Prices may change without prior notice. However, you will only be charged the amount displayed during checkout.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to premium content, all purchases are final.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

Duplicate payments were successfully processed.
Payment was successful but premium access was not activated due to a technical issue.
Any other refund required under applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, reports, designs, source code, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and other content available on lzebra.com are the exclusive intellectual property of LZebra unless otherwise stated.

No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, reverse engineered, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

Attempt to hack or compromise the website.
Reverse engineer the application.
Share premium reports publicly.
Resell generated reports.
Upload malicious content.
Use automated bots to scrape website data.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access.

6. Disclaimer

The migration estimates, staffing calculations, timelines, and recommendations generated by LZebra are based on user-provided inputs and industry best practices.

Actual project outcomes may vary depending on:

Customer requirement
Infrastructure complexity
Application readiness
Organizational processes
Third-party dependencies

LZebra makes no guarantee that generated estimates will exactly match actual project execution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LZebra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or its generated reports.

8. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Payment information is securely handled by Razorpay.

9. Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service; however, LZebra does not guarantee continuous availability.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

10. Changes to the Service

Dashboard Access Policy

Premium Access (5-Day License)

Your Premium Dashboard access is activated immediately after successful payment and remains valid for 5 consecutive days.

To ensure secure access, LZebra stores your access license securely within your browser. Please read the following important information before purchasing.

1. Device & Browser-Specific Access

Your Premium access is linked to the browser and device used during the purchase.

For example:

✅ Google Chrome on your laptop → Access Available
❌ Microsoft Edge on the same laptop → Access Not Available
❌ Safari on another device → Access Not Available
❌ Mobile browser → Access Not Available (unless purchased there)

This security mechanism helps protect your purchase from unauthorized sharing.

2. Do NOT Use Incognito or Private Browsing

Important Notice

Please do not purchase Premium access while using:

Google Chrome Incognito Mode
Microsoft Edge InPrivate Mode
Firefox Private Window
Safari Private Browsing

Private browsing automatically removes locally stored website data when the session ends.

If you purchase Premium access in a private browsing session, your access license may be permanently removed after refreshing the page or closing the browser.

LZebra cannot restore access lost due to the use of private browsing modes.

3. Avoid Clearing Browser Data

During your 5-day access period, please do not clear:

Browser Cookies
Browser Cache
Local Storage / Site Data
Website Permissions
Browser History (if it also removes site data)

Deleting browser storage may remove your Premium access license and lock the dashboard before the access period expires.

4. Changing Browsers or Devices

Your Premium access cannot automatically transfer between:

Different browsers
Different computers
Mobile devices
Tablets
Reinstalled browsers

If you change devices or browsers during the active period, your Premium Dashboard may not be accessible.

5. Security Notice

Your access license is intended for individual use only.

Attempting to copy, modify, or manipulate browser storage or use automated tools to bypass the licensing mechanism may result in immediate termination of Premium access.

6. Need Assistance?

If your payment was successful but Premium access was not activated due to a technical issue (excluding private browsing or deleted browser data), please contact our support team.
