2. Premium Data Access & Payments While the basic timeline structure is provided for free, access to the complete, unmasked Month-by-Month FTE Matrix requires a one-time payment of ₹99.99.

• All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay.

• Prices are subject to change, but you will only be billed the amount clearly displayed at the time of checkout.

3. Limitation of Liability The calculations and timelines generated by our tool are estimates based on standard industry throughput metrics (e.g., devices deployed per engineer per week). They are intended for planning purposes only. lzebra.com does not guarantee specific project outcomes and is not liable for any project delays, cost overruns, or operational failures resulting from the use of this data.

4. Intellectual Property The algorithms, code, design, and layout of the Intune Migration Planner are the intellectual property of lzebra.com. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or resell the underlying code or the generated matrices as your own commercial software.

5. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
