1. Digital Goods Policy Our premium service involves the instant delivery of digital data. Upon successful payment of โน99.99, the remaining 75% of the hidden FTE Matrix is immediately unmasked and made visible in your browser. Because the product is a digital output delivered instantaneously, all sales are final and non-refundable once the data has been revealed.
2. Exceptions for Technical Failures We understand that technology can occasionally fail. You are eligible for a full refund or a manual data unlock if:
You were charged successfully by Razorpay, but a technical error on our website prevented the matrix from unmasking.
You were accidentally charged multiple times for a single transaction.
3. Requesting Support If you experience a technical failure or a billing error, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at info@lzebra.com. Please include your Razorpay Payment ID in the email so we can locate your transaction quickly.
4. Refund Processing If a refund is approved due to a technical error or double-charge, it will be initiated immediately from our end. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
